Cheeselinks Freeze dried starter cultures are are made up of pure cultures.
We do not add any fillers/ volumizers to the cultures , as a result, this makes them a highly concentrated culture, so the amount of powder needed may appear to be minuscule, but rest assured that this small quantity is sufficient to inoculate the exact amount of liquid or medium as stated on the packaging, whether you are using a 250L pack or 500L pack etc.
Recommended dosage:
To achieve optimal results, we recommend using a needle tip amount of freeze-dried starter culture per 1 litre of Milk, as seen in the bellow Photo.
