YO-MIX 505 LYO  is Designed to provide a fast acidification to low pH, and to enhance the development of a traditional flavor profile in dairy products. Provides fast acidifcation to ph 4.60 and then a slow acidification to reach lower pH. YO-MIX 505 is designed specially for yoghurts and fermented milk, particularly adapted to drinking yoghurts
