Marzyme Microbial Rennet is an organic vegetarian Rennet that is widely used in the cheese industry as an alternative to bovine/calf rennet and Fermentation Produced Chymosin (FPC).
Marzyme is available as a liquid form and can be used to produce any type of cheese.
Recommended dosage rate: 0.5ml per 10l of Milk
Please note dosage can be adjusted based on cheese type and milk characteristics.
