Cheeselinks Dahi Starter is a blend of thermophilic and mesophilic culture, producing flavour and acidity, resulting in fermented milk with body, flavour and low post-acidification for Indian curd.
Dahi culture contains: Lactococcus lactis, Streptococcus thermophilus
Suggested dosage: 6-10 granules per litre and incubate at 35-45℃ (please note: dosage is a guide only and can vary from product to product and batch to batch)
This culture comes in a sterile vial with enough product to use for at least 250 Litres of milk!
