Calf Rennet
Calf Rennet is an animal based rennet containing Chymosin and Bovine pepsin enzymes.
These enzymes are used to coagulate the milk and form curds and whey in cheesemaking.
This Calf Rennet is in liquid form and can be used to produce any type of cheese.
Recommended dosage rate 1.6ml per 10l of milk
