Thermophilic freeze dried culture
Contains: Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus helveticus

Suggested dosage: 1/8th of a teaspoon/ A dash as per our mini spoons, per 10 litres (please note: this is a guide only and can vary from product to product and batch to batch).

This culture comes in a sterile vial with enough product to use for at least 250 Litres of milk!
