Types of workshops available

Camembert Workshop: Participants will make their own camembert, quarg and mascarpone. Ricotta cheese will be made as a demonstration. |
Blue Cheese Workshop: Participants will make their own blue cheese and sour cream. We will demonstrate the making of ricotta cheese. |

Fetta Workshop: Participants will make traditional fetta cheese, gourmet fetta and Greek-style yoghurt. We will demonstrate the making of ricotta cheese. |
Mozzarella and Halloumi Workshop: Participants will make mozzarella and halloumi to take home, and ricotta cheese will be made as a demonstration. |

Hard Cheese Workshop: Participants will make a small hard romano-style cheese and yoghurt. We will demonstrate the making of ricotta cheese. |
Washed Rind Cheese: Participants will make a soft washed rind cheese and fromage blanc. We will demonstrate the making of Ricotta cheese |
